Let’s keep going
If you’ve been following me long enough, you might have noticed I’m definitely really bad at keeping a blog despite trying. This is another nth come back, I guess haha! Hmm, I haven’t been up to anything special to be honest.
Ah, I changed themes too. It took so long because I’m still quite bad at coding for WordPress and without Masao‘s help, I doubt I’d have finished anything at all! Thank you so much again 😭💖
I’ve been doing some journaling on Hobonichi and I do better job at keeping it than in 2016 although 2017 has been quite busy. Here are some recent sample pages:
Two weeks ago I got into the K-drama Strong Woman Do Bong Soon! I watched all the episodes without really stopping haha. Fortunately I didn’t wait too long for new episodes to be released because the show was already ending when I started watching. This show is good (the high ratings didn’t lie for that one), I’d recommend it! I really loved seeing oversized hoodies on Park Bo Young, her wardrobe in the drama is always on point! 👌💯
Yesterday I went to an Anticafé for the first time! Anticafé a chain of coffee shops where you can enjoy a calm atmostphere for studying for a hourly rate of €5, food and drinks included! However, I didn’t go to study but to discuss a school project with friends so it was brief (1hr still haha). Next time, I want to come back and have a journaling session there! I snagged some stickers like the one stuck on that entry above too.
While I decided to use Hobonichi exclusively as a personal journal in the end, I recently opted for a bullet journal in an A5 Leuchttrum1917 notebook for planning and tracking things.
People have so many ideas when it comes to customize their bullet journals, it’s really inspiring but I’m a bit lazy at the moment so I haven’t done anything too complicated for the moment. Maybe I’ll try to implement new things next month and experiment new layouts!
Hopefully I’ll be able to blog about it 😭

Yay I’m glad to see this layout up! And I’m happy to have helped. The colors and style is so cute.
Your journal/planner is so neat and pretty. I hope you’ll keep blogging about this.

I love your Hobonichi pages! They’re really pretty and nicely decorated. (Unlike mine, haha.)
I used to decorate my Hobonichi back when I was using A5. However, I kinda stopped midway when university started because I didn’t have all the time to fill in the pages, and it started to feel like a heavy obligation to me, which is why I switched to Weeks and A6.
I use my Weeks for school related things and A6 for little daily details such as meal tracking and other important events. If you’re a person who can afford the time to write a lot, I do recommend you switching to A5 for more space, otherwise I think the pages will be a waste if left untouched (like mine). ;v; Switching to the smaller size definitely limits the space, but it makes you practice to note only what’s important as well!
(AND YES I NEED MORE MIN MIN AND BONG BONG PLEASE! I’m so sad it ended aaagh :'()

Thank you Rin 😀
Decorating pages is really time-eating and I don’t do it everyday especially when I feel like nothing special happened on a day haha. On Hobonichi groups on Facebook, I have the impression that everybody fills their pages everyday (maybe it’s not the case but XD) and I don’t know how they do!
Aaaahhh!! MIN MIN AND BONG BONG ❤️❤️❤️ I was sad too! But I think it ended well and doesn’t really need a 2nd season but if there’s one someday, I’d still watch! ❤️

Yay! I’m so glad you’re blogging again, haha. I like the new theme. The logo is really cute – especially the little face.
I love journals! I like how you personalize yours. There’s a really neat Japanese bookstore where I live and they have tons of notebooks and journals. I always feel tempted to buy one even though I know I don’t need them, haha.
I also watched Do Bong Soon! I still have the last two episodes to finish but Park Bo Young is sooo cute. Oversized sweaters would look ridiculous on me but they look really cute on her because she’s so tiny and naturally overflows with cuteness xD

Thank you ❤️ Actually it’s a really old theme I kind of never finished coding :’D
Japanese stationery is so cute! Unlike you I often give into temptation and I find myself with a mountain of notebooks at home.
YASS!! I know right 😭 I really enjoyed the feeling of justice when the bad people think she’s only a small girl but you know that she’ll kick their ass!

Love the layout and usually I have a planner but it’s usually empty. I kind of keep a mental checklist in my head.

Welcome back! Don’t worry about disappearing sometimes, it’s hard to keep up with a blog and do other things so don’t worry <3 I'm glad you're back though. I really like this theme too btw, good job!
I used to really love bullet journaling because it got me to think and do things more creatively. I stopped last summer though but opted in for the five-minute journal which I think adds much more value to me! I love your journal though, it looks super cute!

Thank you Pauline! ❤️
I think I saw some tweets you made about the five-minute journal not too long ago, it sounds like a nice thing for people who are busy and it’s easy to focus on what’s important !

I love the new theme! And welcome back! We all have lives outside of blogging, so it’s okay if we have to disappear XD
Your journalling is interesting! I don’t do paper journals, but I do use Evernote as my daily digital journal. I type better than I write, so I’d much rather type out my day than write them XD;

Omg I know this entry is old, but I’M SO JEALOUS the pages are SO CUTE. I always want to keep planners and journals (and buy way too many of them), but I never last more than a few weeks or few months at most. 🙁 I’ve been keeping an open-ended fauxdori life-planning journal for a few months now, and the only reason why it’s “working out” is because I can write whatever I want in there instead of trying to keep a schedule. I really should journal at least 5-10 minutes a day… I start a “habit” but then I quickly forget. Alas.
Blogs were similar, but at least I’m on the computer for so long that I can kind of get myself to do it because i’m already on the medium….
Hope you get back to blogging too. This layout is so cute and has such a “notebook” feel to it as well….
